How it works

  1. Pick one wish and write it as a single present-tense sentence (WishLock can suggest versions from your own words), then add a short scene of it already done and choose a 21, 33 or 45-day cycle.
  2. Each day has three sessions, in order: type the sentence 3 times in the morning and 6 times in the afternoon, word for word, then at night lie down with your scene, shown line by line over a calm soundscape, and fall asleep inside it. One minute seals the night (with an optional nine-line warm-up first).
  3. Log the small signs as proof, keep your streak, and watch your Assumption Score and your Stats grow as each day is sealed. When it happens, mark it real.

WishLock has no account, no sign-up and no ads. How does the 369 method work in WishLock?

No. Paste is turned off in the writer, so every line is typed. If a line drifts from your sentence, WishLock gives a gentle warning and the line still counts.

Can WishLock help me write the sentence?

Yes. Type the wish in your own words and WishLock offers present-tense versions of your sentence and a short scene, written on your iPhone with Apple Intelligence on supported iPhones (guided prompts on every other iPhone). Nothing is sent off the device, and you pick and edit every word.

What happens if I miss a day?

Each cycle has one rest day that can cover a missed day. After that, a streak freeze keeps the chain: everyone gets one free streak freeze a month, and WishLock Pro gets two.

What happens when it comes true?

When it happens, you mark it real. The lock opens for the first time and the wish moves to a shelf of kept locks. You decide what happened; WishLock only keeps the record.

Do I need an account? Is my wish private?
