Does SpendZero connect to my bank?
No. You mark no-spend days and log purchases yourself, and the data stays on your iPhone.
Do I need an account?
No. There's no sign-up.
Do groceries break my no-spend day?
No. Groceries and transport count as essentials.
What happens if I miss a day?
Your streak ends unless you have a streak freeze, which you earn as you go. Your wealth tree wilts until you start a new streak.

What is the Lock Screen countdown?
In the evening, a Live Activity shows how long you have left to seal today on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. It only appears if you allow notifications, and you can turn it off in Settings.
