Welcome to GW Labs. By downloading or using any of our 14 iOS applications, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Our Services
GW Labs provides premium self-improvement utility apps. All apps are designed to run 100% locally on your device using SwiftData. No accounts or cloud services are required.
2. Subscriptions, Billing & Purchases
Some of our apps offer optional premium features available through in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions. All transactions are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details.
Subscription Plans
We offer weekly, monthly, yearly, and lifetime subscription tiers. Pricing is displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by region based on Apple's pricing matrix. Prices are subject to change; any price increase will take effect only at the start of your next renewal period, and Apple will notify you in advance.
Free Trials
Some subscriptions include a free trial period (typically 3 days). Heal: No Contact Recovery's Weekly, Monthly and Yearly plans include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers; Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no trial. During the free trial, you have full access to premium features at no charge. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your Apple Account will be charged at the standard subscription rate for the plan you selected. Free trials are available only once per Apple Account per app.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan. The renewal charge will appear on your Apple Account statement.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account settings (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to premium features until that date. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
Refunds
All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through their support channels or at reportaproblem.apple.com. GW Labs does not have the ability to issue refunds for App Store transactions. Apple's refund policies apply to all purchases made through our apps.
RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat as our subscription management provider to validate purchase status and manage entitlements across devices. RevenueCat receives only an anonymous, randomly generated app-user identifier and transaction metadata. It does not receive your name, email, Apple ID, or payment details. RevenueCat's handling of data is governed by their privacy policy.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any data stored on your device.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in our apps are owned by GW Labs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps on your own devices.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our apps are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific results from using the apps. GW Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to any app at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
