  1. Tell Lighthouse which apps pull you in and how many screen-free minutes a day you can commit, from 10 to 60.
  2. Every day you get at least three small challenges, picked from 25 across mindfulness, digital detox, social, physical and creative. As you finish them, the fog around your lighthouse clears. Finish all of them to keep your streak.
  3. Run focus sessions, log your mood, energy and screen time, and collect your daily reward. XP moves you up 10 levels, from Foggy to Crystal Clear, and the lighthouse's beam grows with you.

Privacy

Lighthouse has no account and no sign-up, and it shows no ads. Your challenges, logs, focus sessions and progress are stored on your iPhone, not on a Lighthouse server. As its App Store privacy label states, the app may collect purchase history and identifiers (a user ID and device ID) that aren't linked to your identity, used for app functionality, and none of it is used to track you.

Your streak counts the days you finish all of your challenges. A streak freeze automatically covers a single missed day. You start with two, and you earn another on day 7 of the daily reward track; you can hold 2 at a time, or 4 with Lighthouse Pro. With no freeze left, a missed day resets the streak.

Does Lighthouse have a focus timer?

Yes. Start a 25-minute focus session from the Today screen or by asking Siri. Lighthouse Pro adds presets for Deep Work, Pomodoro, Reading, Meditation and Exercise, plus your own custom sessions.

Do I need an account?
