Setup included. After the minimum, plans run month to month until your next fiscal year starts, then renew yearly with it; 60 days' notice to stop. Public bodies can end a plan if it isn't funded.

Your data is yours
Your content, data and reports belong to you, with a full export any time. We use the data you share only for your own reports, never in benchmarks. Nothing publishes without your approval.

Pricing questions
Can we cancel?
Yes. Each plan has a minimum: 3 months for Visibility, 6 for Growth, and 12 for Full Partner. After the minimum, the plan runs month to month until your next fiscal year starts, then renews each year with your fiscal year. Either side can stop it with 60 days' written notice.
Are there setup fees?
No. Setup is included in every plan, including the AI Concierge add-on.
Do you replace our agency?
No. We handle the AI layer and work alongside your marketing, PR and web partners.
Who owns our data?
You do. You own your content, data and reports, with a full export at any time. We use the data you share only for your own reports, never in benchmarks, and it goes beyond your team only in views you choose to share. We own and maintain the software.
We buy with public funds. Can you help?
Yes. If your budget doesn't fund the plan, you can end it at the end of the funded period, with no penalty.
