Healthcare practices
When patients ask AI for a doctor, do they hear your name?
Patients now ask ChatGPT, Google and other AI tools which practice to call. We measure whether you’re named, whether your doctors, insurance plans, locations and hours are right, and report it every month next to new-patient bookings.
We test and optimize for
- ChatGPT
- Google AI
- Gemini
- Claude
- Perplexity
- Grok
- Copilot
- Meta AI
Named by 4 of 8, but 2 say you aren’t taking new patients. Patients who ask are sent elsewhere.
The shift
Patients ask AI before they call.
- It answers before your front desk does. Which practice, which doctor, and whether they take new patients.
- It repeats stale details. Plans you dropped, a doctor who retired, hours from before you expanded.
- It leans on directories. Insurer and review listings can outweigh your own site.
What AI gets wrong
One answer. Three problems.
A sample answer, annotated the way our audit marks it. These four kinds of error come up again and again.
Openings you have
A stale listing can turn patients away.
Plans you no longer take
Old network lists cause cancellations at check-in.
Providers who left
Departed doctors stay listed for years.
When you’re open
Expanded hours rarely reach every listing.
Which dermatologists near me are taking new patients?
A few practices nearby list openings for new patients:
- A practice across townAccepting new patients, with evening hours twice a week.
- Your practiceNot currently accepting new patients, according to its listing. In network with Plan A and Plan B.
- A hospital-owned clinicAccepting new patients. A referral may be required.
What people ask
Twelve questions. Eight AI platforms.
The audit tests the questions your patients actually ask, side by side with the practices you compete with. Here is a fictional sample of what the results look like.
How we work
Be found. Be right. Prove it.
Be found
- Named when patients ask about your specialty, not just your name
- Your share of AI answers against nearby practices
- Eight AI platforms, tested every month
Be right
- Doctors, insurance plans, locations and hours stated correctly
- The insurer, directory and review listings AI leans on, found and corrected
- Pages AI tools can read, from provider bios to accepted plans
Prove it
- A one-page monthly Scorecard for your partners or administrators
- New-patient calls and appointments next to AI visibility
- What moved, what likely moved it, and what to do next
Prove it
What your practice leaders see every month.
One page, in plain English, with the numbers you’re judged on next to last year and next to your AI visibility. It shows trends side by side; it doesn’t claim that any one change caused them.
- What moved
- AI answers naming you rose 10 points, led by skin-check and acne questions.
- What likely moved it
- Corrected insurance lists on two directories and new provider bios.
- What’s next
- Two assistants still show last year’s Saturday hours.
The rules we work within
No patient data. No shortcuts.
No patient information
We never need patient records. The Scorecard uses totals you choose to share, such as new-patient appointments by month.
Accurate, approved claims
Health advertising is held to a high standard, from state boards to the FTC. Every claim we recommend is factual and sourced, and nothing goes live until you approve it.
Real reviews only
We don’t write, buy or filter reviews. The FTC’s rule against fake reviews and testimonials has been in effect since October 2024.
Rules vary by state and specialty. Your compliance lead has the final say. We aren’t lawyers, and nothing here is legal advice.
The engagement
Three steps. Clear prices.

FAQ
Questions
Do you need access to patient data?
No. We work from public information, your website and listings, and totals you choose to share, such as new-patient appointments each month. We never need patient records.
Can you guarantee AI will recommend our practice?
No one can. AI answers change, and nobody controls them. We measure where you stand, correct what’s wrong, strengthen the sources AI relies on, and report the trend every month.
We already have an agency for SEO and ads. Do you replace them?
No. We handle the AI layer and the measurement, and we work alongside your agency with a clear brief.
Can the AI concierge answer patients on our website?
Yes, from your public pages: hours, locations, accepted plans and how to book. For practices, we set it up to answer from public information only and to hand off to your staff, not to collect health information.
What does it cost?
The snapshot is free. The two-week audit is $6,500, and monthly plans start at $3,000. Groups with many locations or specialties are scoped after a conversation.
